Congratulations to our four chefs who came back as champions from the Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives – International Culinary Challenge and Exhibition 2017.
Congratulations to chef Niranga for winning top gold trophy for hot beef cooking as well as winning a gold medal in seafood and silver medal in hot lamb cooking categories. Chef Prasad also won a top gold trophy for ‘dressing the cake’ category. Chef Dulaj returned home with two silvers in hot beef and hot seafood, while chef Susantha won silver in hot beef and bronze medals in hot lamb and chapathi creation.
