Milaidhoo Island is located in the Republic of Maldives, an archipelago in the Indian Ocean lying west of the Indian Sub-continent. A small, tropical island, Milaidhoo is set in Baa Atoll, a UNESCO world biosphere reserve, about 130 km from Male’, the capital of the Maldives.
The international airport of the Maldives is served by flights from Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Milaidhoo Maldives is reached by a scenic 35-minutes seaplane ride from the international airport. The transfers between the airport and Milaidhoo are arranged by us, so all you need to do is inform us of your international flight details at least 48 hours before you arrive. We will take care of the rest. The transfer process is smooth and easy with our representative greeting you as you leave the airport arrival hall. He will escort you to a private lounge where you can rest and recharge to await your flight.
Charges for your seaplane transfer will be added to your room bill. Luggage is limited to 25kg per passenger plus 5kg hand luggage. Excess baggage fees will be charged by the airline. Seaplane transfers only operate during daylight hours.
The above-mentioned seaplane flight will have other guests on board, some bound for different resorts. If you’d like to charter a seaplane for your own private transfer, it would be a pleasure to arrange this. Please contact us for the charter rates.
Should you arrive in Male’ after 15.30, we can book a 15-minutes scheduled domestic flight for you to Dharavandhoo airport followed by a 15-minutes speedboat ride to Milaidhoo. Charges for your transfer will be added to your room bill.
All airport transfers involve an extra charge and this will be added to your room bill. Transfers are operated by seaplane and domestic airline companies, not by Milaidhoo. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays, lost luggage or missed international flights caused by the transfer operator.
